As part of the propaganda campaign for 32m the CEO stated there will be binding limits on noise as well as other limits on surface access and pollution. This reminds me of the binding limits on the airport at the moment that the airport operator can’t meet or doesn’t want to meet. Not a problem as there is a planning application to relax those limits making the CEO’s comments total BS.
it is like his comment regarding LLAL now not planning to move millions of cubic metres of earth to save tens of thousands of lorry trips on local roads. In the consultation documents it stated that there was not going to be any lorry movements on local roads, as the infill was coming from an adjoining field.
