Hi folks, I was hoping someone may be able to answer an MCC question for me. I understand every company and bond is different, however, any guidance is appreciated. If you join a company that does not require an MCC as a pre-requisite but is a multi-crew operation, such as Q-link or Rex. If you present to the company with the MCC qualification already, does this take anything off your bond? Or do they just put you through their training regime anyway and include it in the bond?
