Discussed the RyanAir cadet issue, general consensus is they need everyone they can get, not for training cash input as some suggest, but they are about to lose a raft of crew in the next year or so, and they know so. So great news for upcoming cadets all worried about getting on the ladder. plenty of scope, just work hard and you'll soon be there.
