I’m surprised the ECAM page for Fuel L (R) TK PUMP 1+ 2 LO PR does not mention anything about fuel feeding from the center tank.
Worst case is that the centre tank fuel is pumped to the tank with working fuel pumps and then to the other wing tank via the cross-feed. So I don't think it's actually an issue and gravity fuel feeding is a separate issue related to the side with the failed pumps.
