Galdian, most definitely not. They will need a HOFO, HOTAC and a HOS (Head of safety) Head of Maintenance, as well as the AOC accountable person (normally the CEO). As well as a truckload of paperwork.
So having only just advertised for a HOFO on linkedin it would be fair to say they haven't the management team required to deal with CASA.
Agent 86 stated earlier they had - apparently - sourced 4 aircraft and in the final stages of AOC process with CASA.
CASA must have softened up big time the last couple of years!
