Which law are you referring to? I certainly haven't seen any law specifically in relation to the impersonation of aircrew members. There most definitely are laws relating to impersonating various Commonwealth/government officials, however sorry to break it to you, Qantas aircrew don't fall into that bracket in the exact same way the cashier at your local shop doesn't. Mr Hood is not attempting to use the privileges of a licence that he does not hold, he is not committing fraud by pretending to be someone he is not, nor is even even pretending to be currently employed, rather he has been very vocal with regards to the end of his employment. All he's doing is wearing *his* former wings, lanyard etc. None of which are secured emblems like a police badge might be.
