Not quite the same Ollie, Maintaining Visa's and Vaccines as required by those countries the Airline operates into and was in your agreement before you signed up. There is no precedent for a domestic pilot being required to be vaccinated within Australia. Personally I am anti company mandate myself, If we are going to do it then do it properly at government level. It's not up to business to mandate or police it, certainly I won't be doing that, not for my staff nor for those my staff may come into contact with. Vaccination is encouraged if not expected.
