Seems like its only Gojet and Commutair at the moment. Mesa did in the past and has E3s on their books, plus are recalling their E3 furloughees, but seems like they aren't taking new Aussies at the moment. Give it a few months. If things continue in this direction, I'd bet pretty good money that the majority of regionals will be taking E3s again next by July.
