You're missing the point here ... Once recruited, any cadet has to achieve a certain (RYR) standard of operation in order to be released on line. It doesn't matter how they were recruited, or where they came from. Other airlines recognise that RYR's operation requires a strict adherence by crews to SOP's, which is data monitored to maintain standards.

When Norwegian first started up, and attracted applications from RYR pilots, some of the RYR applicants had their sim assessments waived on the basis that if they were able to do the job for RYR, they could do a similar job for NAX.

I've no axe to grind with the above. Some of RYR's management techniques are ..... unique, however don't try and knock the standard of operation, or abilities of its flight crews. The name of the airline, its style of management, or reputation for customer service is irrelevant.
