1 is the initial with the 2 essay questions
2 is the CUT-E type assessment
3 is online Zoom Interview (running from 5-12 oct in my batch at least)
4 is simulator/face-2-face interview (25-31 oct in farnborough)
they put it into phases but that’s the way it goes
