You likely know this but I'll state it for the record: SENIORITY IS EVERYTHING !!! It controls every minute of one's life as an airline pilot. Every frikkin' minute.

As a new hire with minimal seniority you will not be able to consistently produce the schedule you describe. Maybe one in a while ? Perhaps but it'd be an accident.
