Hey Kavorka, on the website it says this on the ATC trainee page:You must be able to provide evidence that you have obtained ONE of the following requirements in the past 10 years:
- a Year 12 Certificate
- a completed Tertiary Diploma
- a completed Degree
- a current Commercial Pilot Licence or Private Pilot Licence.

This one is a bit more comprehensive than the link provided in the job ad - I think so long as you have finished year 12, but have a further qualification gained within the past 10 years, you meet the requirements. I hope this helps!
