I think that article is reaching a little. BRU is going from a casualty/overnight maint/Eng cx hangar to 2 proper lines of planned maint to cover the lighter hangar checks. H61 in LTN is staying at 4 lines which is a clear indication the 737 heavy checks are staying unless you can magically squeeze 4 787s in! Plus the 787s alone would not sustain H61.
