For an application review i would recommend RST ready set take off. They do a very good job. For interview prep you should also look at Emerald Coast interview consulting.
But what you should absolutely do is try to go to a job fair to get some facetime with the recruiters. That helps a lot your app getting looked at. With your experience you shouldn't have to go to a Regional. I would also recommend Spirit for your location. Try to attend a Meet the chiefs. Buena Suerte!
Thanks for recommendations, I have seen many people recommend RST. About spirit I met some guys at FLL, they mentioned many expats worked there which is good.
