If it was my choice I'd go for Easyjet. I work for them now and they are an excellent fun outgoing company. Pay is better than other companies and they are now one of the largest airlines in UK. I love working for them, the interview day is not as stressful as most and the training course is great.
Just my imput, but in the end it is not my decision

oh by the way - the interview day is simple, and they ask you to relax and enjoy the day. It consists of group exercises in the morning - fun activities not boring ones, that encourage you to meet and interact with other people. Then there is a small test on information that easy give to you to learn. Then those that are successful go for an interview with two recruiters in the afternoon, who basically ask questions like 'when was a time you gave good customer service' etc. If you are successful - you'll know in a matter of days. best of luck
