pabely The political party in power sets the agenda and policies for the airport. Luton Borough Council and LLAL are one of the same. Both are controlled by the same party, both have the same goals, both even have the same spokesman. LLAL debt with no income means LBC does not get paid its loans back. If there was a change in power the new ruling party would be left with the legacy and mistakes of the previous administration but I would say no party comes out of this smelling of roses.
