The Ryanair cadet program at Bartolini is a hoax - there is no F/O position guarantee. Yes you go through the training, pay for everything, you get your pilot license and you also make it to Ryanair assessment, but then Ryanair tells you: "You didn't pass our assessment, sorry."
There is a limited number of non-self sponsored position as F/O in Ryanair and they prefer to get the pilots of the market to charge them with a 30K+ for Type Rating and yet still no guarantee, because you don't pay the 30K to Ryanair but to their outsourced Type Rating Training organization.
And even when you pass the Type Rating that you (over)paid for, you're on their waiting list, still with no position guarantee.
So at the end you're stuck with an expensive Polish CPL license and if you're really lucky and on top 0-fATPL cost you also pay the 30K for Type Rating, you end up working for 70 EUR per flight hour through Ryanair chosen HR agency that also takes percentages of your hard earned salary - and it really is hard earned.
These two companies are a disgrace for pilots and aviation industry...
