The thing guys back home don't realise when they hear rumours of E3s at this place or that, is that you have to be here and hustle face to face to make these things happen. Sending an email and hoping for a job is about as effective as it was hunting that first job in the top end.

So for those of you that have emailed "xx hr" and got a "we're not interested", they are absolutely trialing E3 programs. The programs at each respective carrier may just not be ready to launch publicly. Those that are trialing programs though, those programs have been built by Aussies building relationships and trust face to face, and are very protective of what they've built.

And as a last point, stop with the HR name calling. Of the programs that are a level above the regionals, HR has played a crucial role in getting Aussies in the door to plead their case as to why have an E3 program at all.

The US declaration of independence says you have the freedom to pursue life, liberty and happiness. Come over and pursue yours, but make no mistake, no one will hand it to you on a platter if you sit in Aus.
