From Kentlive-Earlier this afternoon, The Coastguard confirmed that a search and rescue helicopter had been dispatched from Lydd following reports of a missing aircraft.
Tar Pot Lane lies near the village of Bilsington, not too far from Folkestone.
A full statement from Kent Police said: “Kent Police was called just before 10am on Friday 10 September 2021 following a report of a concern for a missing light aircraft which was subsequently found in a field in Tar Pot Lane, Ashford.
