Odds are they have already got some of them on board. The ones you don't hear complaining - well, some of them - are going to remain in service, perhaps under new terms of service. Kind of the old deal "The Taliban may be arseholes, but they are our arseholes and I can figure out how to cope."
All we seem to hear in the West is the ones who complain.
here are bound to be some who shrug and go "OK, I'm still a soldier and they say they'll pay me" (which was reported to be a bit of a problem with the previous regime some times) and so will just soldier on as soldiers and airmen do.
