VAERS can be accessed by anyone - you don't have to be qualified to enter data. So, if you get vaccinated but died of a totally unrelated burst Aorta or something equally bad, a coroner would list the cause of death as Aortic Anurism. The uneducated would say the vacccine was the cause. And that is what they put on VAERS - they lack the knowledge to know better.
Or do they lack the intent to do better.
