You've missed the point. Lung cancer, as
MickG rightly points out, is mostly (90% male, 65% female according to the Cancer Council) caused by voluntary smoking. And Governments of all persuasions, do sweet FA about it - and it sure as hell doesn't rate a mention in the papers the way Covid is racking up column inches. It's just..."accepted", as part of everyday life.
