It amazes me there are queues to come here…ema crews just yesterday been put on to a roster pattern for the winter that puts FO’s below the poverty line. Working about 4 days in 21. Forced part time and unpaid leave for everywhere else in the UK as well.
has no one twigged that you are paying 15k over the odds on a type rating, to earn about 15k in year 1, you are paying your own wages! Thats what HQ proudly call the Ryanair twist….
Do not join this company, no matter how much you love flying, you will rapidly not love flying here, it’s repetitive, dull, tiring, and every single year you earn less money than the year prior.
