France declined to send the engineers across to Argentina to help integrate the air-launched Exocets with the aircraft (although the Argentinian engineers managed to work it out themselves as they had previously had some training on it). I believe they were persuaded not to supply any further missiles and also provided the RAF with access to some Super Etendards for performance evaluation against the jumping bean...
