I'll second what Bafanguy has said. Flying at a regional is a means to an end, and management/contracts at most regionals suck in one way or another. Sometimes you'll hear "my regional is better than yours because...". Don't let that get to you, because it's a stupid argument.

The positive to whatever regional you choose is you will learn to do some of the most challenging flying of your life. You'll put your liver to the test, and meet some awesome people along the way. You'll get yourself a jet command in under 2 years, and who knows what other opportunities may come your way in the meantime.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, the water is warm.
