You seem to be very local centric. This could be construed as racism itself. A quick review of Korean air 801 or more recently Xiamen 8667 or Asiana 214 or simply google "did korean airlines hire foreign pilots for safety culture". Safety culture doesn't see skin color and to imply racism is just a cop out. Plenty of good Asian pilots out there
