Such a mandate not necessary here in the UK as it is regarded as a common sense normal safety requirement, and staff already complying.
The UK, and everywhere else in the world, before some gullible people started making important decisions based completely on baseless statements made by anonymous, irresponsible individuals on the internet.
What started out as stupid, even humorous “conspiracy theories” is now being described as “radicalised by online cults”.
