I collected my CPL(H) a few weeks ago. Firstly on dropping in the paperwork the 2 people at the FCL front desk could not finish a sentence without referring to their copy of Lasors. They then managed to misinterpret the info given causing further dealy.
On collection I asked to have a quick chat with someone I knew in the department, they didn't even know of anyone by that name working there!
We pay top dollar for this.........?
