If Europe doesn't return to the destructive lockdowns or travel restrictions there will be many opportunities next year, probably better than Ryanair. Wizz seems to be starting recruitments as well, more will follow.
It all depends on what will happen this winter. This is the reason why we have been saying over the last months that you should not rush to apply for Ryanair's cadet program. If lockdowns are applied again your 30k will be gone for nothing because you won't be flying. If not, better opportunities will show up. Be patient and let's all hope for the best.
