I disagree. I was lucky I joined a company that paid me 2700 euro net just to do a couple of CBTs in the first month. Type paid for. Let's say that Ryanair is far from the best company in the industry when it comes to this.
I don't like to talk negatively on Ryanair because I don't have anything against them (I would join them in the right base when things pick up), but they have lowered the rates in Buzz as well and the guarantee pay has been pretty much slashed.
When things pick up, and they will, and the normal pay is restored the Buzz contract can be quite profitable if you don't mind being a contractor.
