Id say it’s a pretty good investment long term.
A temporary 6 month low pay period during line TRAINING is a small price to pay when the pay after training is:
Junior FO: £45k
Senior FO: £60-70k
CP: £100-120k
So many entitled guys on here… as an SFO in RYR you earn nearly as much as a GP, for essentially what is an easy job most of the time.
