I’ve always stood up against paying for TRs or P2F I’ll have you know. I’ve had opportunities to pay for them and turned it down. I say again: paying 30k + for a 6 month contract on 16k is not smart nor clever. Those here justifying it as their only chance are unfortunately showing their Inexperience. Less than 500 hours on type isn’t going to help at all, you’ll have to pay for an LPC and then you’re up against fellow rated guys for the next assessment who will probably have a lot more experience.
If Ryanair were bonding cadets and this was a direct full time employment contract then I expect you’d have a lot less anger shown here. You would think it’s not a lot to ask, so why are they not doing it? Ask yourselves...
