Well that is the point people are trying to make to these cadets currently. The stepping stone no longer exists because no one is moving on. Ryanair will continue to lower the bar as long as people sign up. Ryanair have already said the cost is going up next year! What will remain in years to come? 100k to join as a zero hour contractor just because you put yourself in that position? Undertaking flight training without proper due diligence is reckless and selfish.
