I find it MOST amusing to see all the tree-huggers getting their homespun, organic dolphin-friendly knickers in a twist over the possibility of Iraqis topping thier erstwhile pres.
"We must respect the cultural traditions of others!" they cry, as they refuse to celebrate Christmas without invoking eid-al-fittah, diwali, hannuka and saturnalia too. But NOW they discover that these cultural traditions in Iraq include capital punishment!! Er, which is er, basically er, contrary to er .....
Are we going to respect that PARTICULAR cultural tradition?? I sit back and watch the show ......
