Is there a history?
Where are you going?
IFR vs VFR?
Does fuel play a part?
etc... etc... etc...
Its time to use all of that valuable training.
Also as the cynics say "If you have a 50:50 chance of making the right decision there is a 90% chance you'll make the wrong decision!"
