COST as you would know Dick! It's spread over a few levels. Training, remaining current, hiring/owning a suitably equiped machine, airways charges then add WX into that mix! I've been caught a few times over the years in A/C that where less than properly equiped, dangerous territory especially if it's done as a Pvt flight!
