The WHO paper that they draw that efficacy of 63.09% (95% CI 51.81; 71.73) against symptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection number from can be found
here. It is just the aggregation of UK, Brazil and South African Stage III trials data.
From memory the US Stage III trial data was better again, likely as much due to the different prevailing conditions.
