I'm ex-TBS base personally for another carrier. I speak both Russian and Georgian reasonably fluently, and you'll pick up bits of both quite quickly if living there. Kutaisi isn't my personal cup of tea but is super cheap to live and many of the younger Georgians speak English fluently. I do agree that any such move requires certain mentality though, which is likely more in line with mine than some others. That said, especially at Wizz you'll pick up bits of various languages over time if willing to learn.

Very short. At a guess there are enough crew for just under 100AC at full capacity (including the ones heading East overnight), meaning IRO 600 pilots are required over 2 years. CC requirements I'm not sure, but they are present.
