C5 started the sponsorship process for one guy before corona. It has been been more or less successful. Since CommutAir is struggling to get Captains to meet the extreme demand to grow from UA, CommutAir has now got a bunch of new or soon to be captains locked in for at least 18 months. I think this is the start of a big shift in what is possible for Aussies to achieve in the US.
