Wow. Potentially could be good news for a few guys over there right now if Commutair have done their homework on this. I looked into it when I was there for another company and it was gonna be no bueno.
I am curious how that would actually work though given the E3 is a strictly non immigrant intent Visa and the EB3 is for immigrant workers in professions where there are no/severely limited amounts US citizens available to perform the job. I know there is a “shortage” but that could be a bit of a stretch to convince the USCIS and DOL no one else can do it.
Fantastic if they can pull it off without risking their E3 Visa though!
