I suspect not but it will have more of an impact than the new down graded non stop rail service, as the trains have yet to be refurbished.
The airport doesn’t even promote the new service on their website. All very strange seeing they launched a big campaign to increase non stop services. They wanted 4 non stop trains an hour but got 2. Maybe that is the reason?
