Avoid!

Many thanks.

I would avoid -

12 hr standby that does not count towards a potential 13hr duty. Later you get called out the longer your day. NO FTLS, “guidance only” contracts and duty periods, expected to position on days off without monetary reward or day back.
Ops may as well shut up shop during night shift the use they are and planning by maintenance control is as effective as the french army during the Second World War, the only thing going for the french is they actually tried.

Flight planning are about as useful planning flights as someone walking in off the street wanting a trial lesson and planning their own cross country, many of them don’t even know the Learjet exists. Continuous maintenance issues with the Learjet that are swept under the carpet.

If you like being woken up at 3am and then told to do a tour of all the major Spanish airports without a clue with what’s going on then this jobs for you. Oh and there are no such thing as fatigue reports.
