I'd say this time it's the other way around. There was a single time through 17 years when all the employees got a bonus (albeit a pathetic one), after the IPO. Offering a bonus (albeit a pathetic one again) on their own will shows that they feel the heat. The crewing was botched big time. The braggadocio about being THE airline spooling up the quickest when the time comes somehow stopped recently, just when it should finally happen. IMHO it's the best possible time for the crew to stand up for themselves.
