These magenta presentations, emails, pdf-s, etc. are not even worth the paper if they are printed out. All these carrots dangled by wzz management are essentially worthless without having them put it in writing and including it in a collective bargaining agreement.
Just have a look at Confair or even the local contracts. They were changed overnight last year with a promise that pre-covid salaries will be re-established with all the other "extras" this April. None of that happened.
They literally have their pilots by their balls and thousands of others too who would join this outfit in a moment if they were given the opportunity.
I have never seen anything to this extent for an airline management to use and abuse their pilots. At least probably not since the earlier post 9/11 years at ryr.
