Now they are offering some bonus scheme upon a successful FY22 whatever it means (my guess is growth, by rather a good few percentage). The joke is the (some say it's a typo, but i have my doubts, knowing them, having worked for them) 1/12th MONTHLY payout on offer! Without the "extras" of course...
oh, and no new-joiners or re-joiners "need to apply" as it's only considering those employees, who were employed before the 31st of March this year. What about the part time guys one would ask, who took part time voluntary to help out the company (you gotta have a serious Stockholm-syndrome to do that in any case so probably it won't even make them flinch)? Well, you're not cutting it for the bonus next year, I'm afraid as it's only for full time employees...
