One of our (Hangar) Stores 'Ladies' was nicknamed 'Shrek' - she was fairly grotesque - and useless,she quite often would say ''no we do not have any of those in stock'' - so I would often go into stores and go to the location where the item was sitting on the shelf - pick the item up and say to her ''If you don't have any in stock then I will not have to book this one out''
