You're literally asking "SEND ME YOUR INFECTED PEOPLE", the volumes inbound from red list countries are, by definition small and probably best kept in as few places as possible. Everyone is focussed on trying to get some degree of manageable volume flying sensibly and safely again, if we lose another summer, it will be a calamity.
