Yes, they don't get high marks from those who comment about them on av websites. Hard to say how much is accurate but there must be something to it. As for pay, they're in the high $30s/hour first year. Several others are about the same. The highest starting pay seems to be Endeavor and the 3 AA wholly-owned regionals at ~$50/hour...and Republic at $46. But those don't appear to be interested in E3s...that I've heard of.

GoJet would fill a square by getting an E3 candidate an FAA ATP with type rating and some air carrier experience...not that I'm singing GoJet's praises !
