Teoria atpl estera avendo licenza ppl italiana
Buongiorno,
sono nuovo del forum e vorrei domandare un'informazione che magari qualcuno di voi, per esperienza personale o per via di altre discussioni in merito, saprà fornirmi. Credo anche che la mia questione possa tornare utile ad altri perché non ho trovato nulla di simile.
Sono titolare di una licenza PPL(A) rilasciata da ENAC e di visita medica di prima classe sempre italiana.
Per comodità di tempistiche (qui in Italia le sessioni per gli esami teoriche erano sospese causa covid mentre all'estero tutto procedeva) tempo fa mi sono iscritto a un corso modulare ATPL presso una scuola di un Paese europeo diverso dall'Italia e ho sostenuto e completato i 14 esami teorici, per i quali mi è stato rilasciato dall'ente estero il relativo certificato.
Qui in Italia mi è stato detto che al momento non devo fare nulla al riguardo (detto in altri termini: che non deve essere aggiunto nulla sulla mia attuale licenza PPL) e che il certificato mi servirà solo come documento da fornire, insieme ad altri, nel momento in cui dovrò presentare ad ENAC la richiesta per il rilascio della licenza ATPL (quindi dopo le 1.500 ore di volo ecc. per "unfrozenarla" - passatemi il termine).
Qualcuno sa dirmi se è così?
Dovrò invece presentare ad ENAC il certificato di superamento degli esami teorici ATPL, unitamente al certificato di superamento dello skill test del CPL (e tutti gli altri documenti del caso), per il rilascio della licenza CPL stessa; sulla licenza CPL esiste un campo per la teoria ATPL mentre sulla licenza PPL no, così mi pare di aver capito. Corretto?

I have an italian PPL(A) license and an italian medical certificate (first class). I am attending an ATPL modular course in another european country (not Italy) where I completed all 14 ATPL theoretical exams. The NAA of this country issued me the certificate of completion of the exams. When I returned to Italy I asked whether I had to do something to "add" the ATPL theory to my PPL license and I was told that there is nothing to do because the country where I passed the exam is an EASA member and therefore the exams are recognized by ENAC (the Italian Aviation Authority). I was informed that the ATPL certificate will be necessary at the time of the request for the issue of the ATPL license (after the 1.500hrs flight time etc - to "unforzen" it) together with other documents.
The certificate of the completion of the ATPL exams will also be necessary for the issue of the CPL licenze, after the CPL skill test. From my understanding, there is a section on the CPL license to add the "ATPL theory" while there isn't one on the PPL, where only type, class and category ratings can be added.
Can anyone provide me with information on this matter? Is this correct?
