I am from Turkey and Noir Aviation is based in Hungary and they also have another base in Slovakia they provide EASA licence. Turkish CAA will not convert EASA licence soon. So before that time I want to get EASA licence and then convert it before starting of new regulation.
In the past pilots who got their licence in EU (EASA) were able to convert EASA to Turkish one easily in Turkey. But if you get your licence in Turkey you can't convert it to EASA easily, it's complicated. So I think my CAA offended and they want to be strict about EASA as like they do. Kinda politic maybe.
